GitHub Appトークンで作成したPRでCIをトリガーする対応（#26）により、
ttak0422-botがPRを作成するようになった。しかしclaude-code-reviewアクションがBotによる起動をデフォルトで拒否するため、allowed_botsへの追加が必要だった。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
